Rummage at The Ranch

Vendors/exhibitors will be juried to ensure variety. This show is not a garage sale. Must present a well designed, visually appealing booth set up. Preference will be given to authentic vintage/antique items. Handmade, upcycled, primitive, junk, and artisan items are also wonderful! Please fill out the entire form. You MUST send an email with 3+ pictures of your items/booth set up to firstname.lastname@example.org in order to be considered.
*Food vendors: please fill out the form and select food vendor from the drop down menu. Must have all appropriate THD licensing.
The barn is a very large, open air, metal building. The 12×12 stalls and and indoor 10x10s are both in the barn. When the barn fills up we will open up the festival tent!
12×12, barn stall: $125 (shavings on the floor) **WAITLIST**
Inside 10×10: $115 (solid wood floor) **WAITLIST**
Outside (approx 12×12): $75 (grass/gravel)*** see below for more info
Outside Festival Tent 10×10: $105
Outdoor Food Truck/Vendor: $100
Vendors will be responsible for providing all of their own tables, chairs, decoration, table covers, extension cords, tents, or anything else required for their booth. Electricity not available to outdoor booths. Limited/not guaranteed on indoor 10x10s.
Tables can be rented for $15/ea.
You will receive an email upon acceptance to the show with contract and payment instructions. Please allow several weeks.
ALL vendors are required to be checked in and set up by THURSDAY NIGHT, JUNE 18th. There will be several set up date/time options to accommodate all schedules.
There are several economical lodging options within a 10-15 minute drive from The Ranch. Contact us for details and discount information.
*10×10 Pop up tents can be rented for $85
