APPLICATIONS FOR 2021 SHOW ARE OPEN!
Vendors/exhibitors will be juried to ensure variety. Party based and Independent Consultants will be strictly limited. Preference will be given to handmade and artisan items. Please fill out the entire form. FIRST TIME VENDORS: you MUST send an email with 3+ pictures of your work/booth set up to firstname.lastname@example.org in order to be considered.
*Food vendors: please fill out the form and select food vendor from the drop down menu. Must have all appropriate THD licensing.
12×12, barn stall (no heat): $200 SOLD OUT/WAITLIST ONLY
10×10, heated barn: $200 SOLD OUT/WAITLIST ONLY
10×20, heated barn: $400 SOLD OUT/WAITLIST ONLY
Outdoor Food Vendor: $200
Outside Festival Tent 10×10 : $155
Outside (Provide your own tent): $115
Vendors will be responsible for providing all of their own tables, chairs, decoration, table covers, extension cords, or anything else required for their booth. If you want in inside booth and it is sold out, please select an outdoor or festival tent booth. We pull from there before the waitlist!
Tables can be rented for $15/ea.
You will receive an email upon acceptance to the show with contract and payment instructions. PLEASE ALLOW SEVERAL WEEKS FOR APPLICATIONS REVIEW!!!
ALL vendors are required to be checked in and set up by THURSDAY NIGHT, December 2nd. There will be several set up date/time options during the week to accommodate all schedules.
There are several economical lodging options within a 10-15 minute drive from The Ranch. Contact us for details and discount information.
